Additional resort services and features include same-day dry cleaning and valet and self-parking. They also have a 24-hour business center. Don’t spend too much time in the business center though—this is your vacation, and it’s time to relax

Transportation
Free Shuttle - For getting downtown the resort shuttle picks up and drops off in front of Key West Hats on North Market Street. The shuttle runs year-round seven days a week: please check the shuttle schedule located at the Front Desk for times.
The shuttle also makes trips to Sullivan's Island that leave the hotel between 8:45 am and 1:00 pm. Sullivan’s Island - This charming barrier island is home to beautiful beaches and a historic fort from the Revolutionary War, Fort Moultrie.
Water Taxi
The resort offers two convenient ways for you to get everyone to Downtown Charleston. Catch the Charleston Water Taxi from the resorts marina to Waterfront Park and Aquarium Wharf stops. You may even see a dolphin or two along the way! The water taxi leaves from the resort’s marina daily on Saturdays from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm November 5th - March 17th. The cost is $8.00 one way or $12.00 for an all-day pass. Children ages 3 and under are free.

Enjoy some Bocce ball, life-size chess, volleyball, cornhole, or aqua golf located throughout the resort. Also sit around one of the beach fire pits and make some s’mores. Kits are available for Attendees at the Bayside fire pit for $4.00, sold by resort.
